The 8th Annual Greenwich Wine + Food Festival presented by PepsiCo, with Special Appearances by Daniel Boulud, Scott Conant, Mary Giuliani, Alex Guarnaschelli and Adam Richman; Musical Performance by Tim McGraw About: The 2018 Greenwich Wine + Food Festival presented by PepsiCo kicks off Friday, September 21 with the Opening Night Master Chef Wine Dinner, honoring Alex Guarnaschelli and nine Most Innovative Chefs from New York and Connecticut, with special guests Scott Conant and Adam Richman. On Saturday, September 22, celebrity chefs including Daniel Boulud, Conant, Mary Giuliani, Guarnaschelli and Richman will conduct cooking demos, booking signings and live interviews. The Grand Tasting tent will feature tastings and demonstrations from 150+ of the area’s finest food, wine and spirits experts. Other tents in the Culinary Village will feature the best in burgers, BBQ, tacos and more. Guests will also experience sommelier, mixologist and brew master presentations, celebrity book signings, Q&A sessions and cooking demos with top culinary experts, a celebrity green room with live interviews and an exclusive Meet the Masters’ Panel discussion. The 7th Annual Burger Battle will be hosted by Richman, and the 4th Annual Top Bartender Showdown will provide competition between top area mixologists.
