Press Release For Immediate Release. Diamond Hill United Methodist Church and Little Pub to Compete in Third Annual Peanut Butter and Jelly Challenge to Benefit Neighbor to Neighbor Cos Cob, CT . Diamond Hill United Methodist Church of Cos Cob and Little Pub of Greenwich to host the Third Annual Peanut Butter and Jelly Challenge to Benefit Neighbor to Neighbor Greenwich. First inspired by a friendly competition between Diamond Hill and Little Pub to see who could gather the most donations of peanut butter and jelly, the third annual Peanut Butter and Jelly Challenge (http://www.diamondhillumc.com/peanut-butter-and-jelly-food-drive.html) runs April 1 April 30, 2017 and helps provide food to Neighbor to Neighbor Greenwich, a local nonprofit food pantry. The food drive also assists in raising awareness of Neighbor to Neighbor's pivotal role as a support center in the community for food, clothing, and basic living essentials for people in need. Donations of peanut butter can be brought to Diamond Hill United Methodist Church and jelly can be dropped off at Little Pub. Drop boxes for the peanut butter and jelly will be located at both Diamond Hill United Methodist Church, 521 E. Putnam Avenue in Cos Cob and at Little Pub at 531 E. Putnam in Cos Cob. Patrons of Little Pub will also have the option to purchase peanut butter or jelly and have it added to their bill. Bill Taylor, general manager of Little Pub states, “Just ask your server to add a jar of peanut butter or jelly to your bill and Little Pub will take care of the rest"!
