MYX Creative Kitchen welcomes guests to celebrate summer with fresh, light, made-from-scratch dishes bursting with wholesome flavors. Exploding with flavor, color and creativity, the new menu offers something for everyone, including those looking for meatless, vegan or gluten-free options.
Crafted by MYX Creative Kitchen’s Executive Chef Fausto Mieres, the new menu focuses on incorporating the bright ingredients of the season to create farm-fresh salads, grain bowls and seasonal plates, all made-from-scratch and crafted to order. MYX Creative Kitchen’s dedication to utilizing the freshest, mindfully-sourced ingredients to create handcrafted cuisine is showcased on every plate, and served with warm caring service in a contemporary social setting.
And now, MYX Creative Kitchen takes salad craveability even further with the addition of the Seasonal Salad to its lineup of freshly made salads. The newest addition puts a unique a fresh twist on the familiar house mix salad; made with fresh strawberries, hazelnut, goat cheese, fennel and paired with house-made rhubarb vinaigrette.
Bursting with fresh flavors, the new Seasonal Bowl is made with a full serving of kale, spinach, farro, asparagus, carrots, peas, feta and kale pesto.
With the launch of this menu, Chef Mieres is introducing plates, where guests can design their own meal, selecting from grains or greens, ample veggie options and house-made sauces and dressings.
All salads, bowls or plates can come with an addition of turkey meatballs, Asian pork, charred chicken, balsamic & herb chicken or sautéed shrimp for an additional fee.
And all those in the mood for a refreshing beverage, try MYX’s line of house-made Refreshers, made with all natural ingredients. All MYX Refreshers offer a fruity and refreshing combination of real juice and contain no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
