A stellar group of creative leaders from the worlds of art and design will join together for a lively panel discussion on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the Art of Design luncheon. The annual event benefits the Bruce Museum’s exhibitions and educational programming and will take place from 11:30 am to 2 pm at the Greenwich Country Club. The panelists -- Jamie Creel of NYC boutique Creel and Gow; jewelry designer Rachel de Ravenel; and La Ligne's Meredith Melling, Valerie Macaulay and Molly Howard -- will discuss how successful design is approached in today's complex, fast-paced, and ever-changing world. From minimalistic trends to over-the-top designs, this year’s speakers will present unique insights on the influence of style and the intersection of art and design. Moderating the insightful discussion will be design influencer Pilar Viladas of Town & Country magazine. Co-chairs of the 2018 Art of Design luncheon and panel discussion are Eva Maria Janerus, Karen Morstad, Betsey Ruprecht, and Judith Wertheimer. The Bruce Museum is grateful for the support of J.P. Morgan, Green of Greenwich, Horseneck Wines and Liquors, and The Antique and Artisan Gallery in Stamford. The event organizers also thank Moffly Media for media sponsorship.
