What You Receive:

Includes Town of Greenwich Permits to have tables/tents on sidewalks. All tables and clothing racks must be parallel to street in front of your store so that sidewalk is unobstructed and people can walk on sidewalk.

Comprehensive advertising and publicity campaign (print, social media, internet) spanning Fairfield, Westchester, Orange Counties and NYC to drive traffic to downtown Greenwich to your store.

Company name listed on GCC website and one full page newsprint ad (Deadline for registration is June 15th)
IMPORTANT:

No other business OR restaurant is allowed to use your sidewalk in front of your store per Town of Greenwich regulations.

No music, megaphones or noise permitted on the sidewalk outside your store.
- Absolutely no food samples without Health Department approval. Bottled, sealed water is OK.

RAIN OR SHINE

All vendors must be present from 10am - 5pm all 4 days, rain or shine, and cannot move locations without permission from the GCC, doing so will result in expulsion from the sales.
The Chamber obtains town permits AT A COST, ensuring that parking regulations, zoning restrictions, police presence and restrictions against obstructing the sidewalk are not enforced during the sidewalk sales. The Chamber also insures the event, and our liability insurance only covers pre-registered participants.
A participating business is only allowed to promote that same business from the outside of their location or tent. If another business is promoted outside, that business will have to pay the full participation fee.
Only the GCC can give permission for any company, non-profit or individual to exhibit or be involved in Sidewalk Sales.
PLEASE NOTE: In the week before and on the days of the Greenwich Sidewalk Sales, the wording “Sidewalk Sales” can only be used by paying participants. If a merchant uses this terminology in any signage outside or inside their location or in advertisements, (whether a Chamber member or not), this implies participation and therefore must pay the fee.
